A full-time outside sales staff, as well as a separate full time customer service department is highly trained to serve your needs. Our customized operational systems reflect the specific needs of commercial builders and ensure correct inventory when you need it.
We work with your designers, architects and commercial contractors to meet job requirements and your project’s commercial specifications to stay at or below budget. Whether you are working on an office complex, restaurant/bar, church or medical office, we will assign you both a lighting professional and an electrical supervisor to oversee every phase of your project to ensure that you receive the detailed attention required to make your project run smoothly.

Customer Service Department
Our customer service staff works closely with builders and electrical contractors. They are knowledgeable of the needs of each particular contractor and builder and are ready to assist in releasing jobs for delivery, expediting orders and updating contracts with change orders.
Delivery
We often make site visits to discuss the project needs and coordinate deliveries with the onsite crew. Depending on your project schedule, we are happy to schedule deliveries days or even weeks before fixtures are needed at the job site. We will coordinate your delivery schedule to suit your needs and our wrapping and labeling systems make your job easier and more efficient. House packs are bundled in shrink wrap with a custom label affixed to each box noting the fixture number and its specific location in the house. Delivering an accurate, complete house of fixtures is our goal. For our online customers, we will deliver up to a 30-mile radius of each store. Inventory
We have carefully selected manufacturers to provide the quality and selection that our commercial customers demand. As the nation's leading distributor for some of the industry's top manufacturers, we use our buying power to negotiate reduced costs for product and then pass on the savings to our commercial customers. Our inventory system, based upon both your buying history and future projections, guarantees that products are there when you need them.

Flexible Return Policies
The true test of a lighting distributor's level of service is how they manage defective or damaged fixtures in the field. At Turney Lighting, we believe in a no hassle return policy for manufacturer defects and damage. We act quickly to see that the proper product is reshipped so that little time is wasted in production. We also offer replacement glass and parts when needed.
Will Call Orders
If additional material is needed during the business day, Turney Lighting is there to help our builders and electrical contractors. Customers can call in their stock orders to our customer service department and pick up the material within the hours from our Helotes location with the same quality of packaging they come to expect from their daily deliveries.
